This axle type B 850-5 for braked trailers up to 900kg, tandem 1600kg belongs to the BASIC model series and differs in our shop only due to the BC (dimension A) and the distance between OHF (dimension C). Also installed here is the small AL-KO wheel brake type 1637. In addition to the complete axle type B 850-5, Trailer Center also offers original spare parts such as the brake drum, brake pads and compact bearings of the manufacturers, replacement part identification number (ETI) OLD 811267 or replacement part identification number (ETI) NEW 811944. This axle has the well-known and maintenance-free AL-KO hexagonal rubber suspension as standard. The forged rocker arm has a length of 160mm and a 25° position. The hot-dip galvanized axle tube is of very high quality, as are the galvanised wheel brakes. The axle is therefore protected against corrosion (rust) and the service life is hugely extended. In our shop, this axle has a wheel connection of 100x4, 112x5 and is also available with wheel connections 98x4. The high-quality compact bearing is pressed into the brake drum in the factory. Maintenance-free compact bearing (as standard), fill-for-life lubrication. There is no longer any need to set or readjust the bearing during servicing. The original brake linings from AL-KO are asbestos-free, corrosion-resistant and do not contain iron. The scope of delivery includes the thrust bearing, which is welded to the centre of the axle tube, a compensation profile for single axle, Bowden cables and wheel bolts supplied loose.
